Matthew Russotti practices in the firm’s new media and corporate law group. Russotti works with contract preparation, review of vendor services agreements, publishing agreements, independent contractor agreements, technology licensing agreements, non-disclosure agreements and other typical corporate contracts. In addition, Russotti has had international experience in planning for, structuring and negotiating technology and business process outsourcing agreements for both vendors and end users and is fluent in Spanish.
