Jennifer Wolfe’s legal practice is centered on building long-term client relationships based on innovative and forward thinking to help client’s accomplish their objectives. In her practice, Wolfe has built a reputation for creative thinking and problem solving as part of a team with a down to business approach to everything she does. Also nationally accredited in public relations and a successful entrepreneur, Wolfe brings a unique perspective to legal counsel unmatched by lawyers inside traditional firms.

 

Wolfe represents entertainment, media, publishing, restaurant, retail and emerging companies in all aspects of their business with an emphasis on venture capital, franchising, licensing, branding and corporate structure. She has represented clients in transactions ranging from start and emerging companies to mergers and acquisitions of large established companies. Wolfe has also partnered in several emerging internet companies including FanBash.com, a sports media web site and Rivercoast Films Distribution Company, providing ongoing strategy, legal counsel, public relations and consulting services on a daily basis.     

 

Her commitment to service extends to the community. She has served two times as President of the Greater Cincinnati Venture Association where she works to bring venture capitalists, entrepreneurs and service providers together to foster entrepreneurial growth. She is a founding member of the Athena PowerLink program in Cincinnati and the American Red Cross, where she serves on the Board of Trustees and for whom she chaired a signature fundraising event, “An Evening with Mary Matalin and James Carville.” Wolfe serves on the Board of the Greater Cincinnati & Northern Kentucky Film Commission and has twice chaired their signature fundraising event.   

 

Wolfe has been named one of Cincinnati‘s Top Professionals Under 40 by the Cincinnati Business Courier and Inspire Magazine, one of the city’s top ten woman lawyers by Women’s Business Cincinnati two years in a row, a Leading Lawyer by Cincy Business Magazine three years in a row, one of Cincinnati‘s Top 15 Women to Watch by The Cincinnati Enquirer and one of Cincinnati’s Top 10 Inspiring Women for 2007 by Inspire Magazine. She has served on the Small Business Advisory Council of the Greater Cincinnati Chamber of Commerce and volunteered in a number of other organizations. She has also been inducted as a Fellow into the Cincinnati Bar Association Academy of Leadership for Lawyers and named a Rising Star by the YWCA.

 

Wolfe is published regularly in the Cincinnati Business Courier on the topics of strategic planning, negotiation and communication and in Cincinnati Woman Magazine on topics relating to women in business and the law, as well as commentaries on being a working mother. She is a regular legal columnist in Pink, a national magazine targeted to women business owners and executives. She provides continuing education to organizations throughout the country on a variety of topics, most notably negotiation, dispute resolution and client relationships.

 

Prior to attending law school, Wolfe worked as the Marketing & Communication Director for Reach Publishing where she managed marketing, public relations, advertising and franchise relations for the national company.
